They call themselves the modern revival of the neighborhood butcher-only better, offering a wide selection of expertly butchered premium beef, poultry, veal, lamb, and pork, their legendary marinades, fine cheeses, fresh produce, artisan breads, prepared side dishes, Boar’s Head Deli products, delectable desserts and pastries, and my personal favorite, prepared foods.

Not all their locations carry wine, and it’s not clear if Mission Viejo will, but if so, they carry over 200 varieties from around the world, which are hand selected by The Meat House’s Certified Wine Educator.
