Yep, the City’s at its sweet self again, this time offering a Holiday cake decorating class like a seasoned Cake Boss.  Participants will learn how to decorate a cake with roses, leaves, floral sprays, grapes, borders, clowns, stars and more.  The class is great for people looking to have fun or for those pursuing a career in professional cake decorating.

When:              12:30 to 4:00 p.m., Sun, 11/7/10

Where:             Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center at 24932 Veterans Way

Bring:               3 X 8 round Duncan Hines white cake on a 10” cake board

Cost is $59 per person plus a $30 lab fee payable to the instructor. The fee covers the cost of the material kit, which includes basic tips, flower nail, practice board, decorating bags, icing and more.
